Ingredients
  • 40 ml The Nines Authentic
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml maple syrup
  • 80 ml carbonated water or soda
Mixologist method
Load ice into a long glass and dash all of the ingredients over the top. Swirl together with a mixer to enhance the unique flavour combinations. Finish with a slice of lemon and a straw.
